For Existing Orders

If your message relates to an existing order, please have your order number ready and include it in the form below. This helps us locate your order and assist you more quickly.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Because our books are printed on demand, there is a limited period in which an order can be changed or cancelled.

If you need to request a cancellation, shipping-address correction, or other order change, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.

Submitting a request does not guarantee that an order can be changed or cancelled. Once an order has entered production, fulfillment, or shipping, we may no longer be able to modify or stop it.

If we're able to successfully cancel your order before it progresses too far through fulfillment, any applicable refund will be processed in accordance with our Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Damaged or Defective Books

If you're contacting us about a damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing book, please include your order number and a description of the issue. We may request photographs or additional information to help us resolve the issue.
